Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or v8v8 — may initiate the closure of a registered account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (requested by the player) or involuntary (initiated by v8v8 due to a Terms & Conditions violation or other grounds).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a valid closure request, v8v8 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of remaining balance before closing the account, subject to identity verification requirements.
